Andy grew up in Skokie and graduated from the University of Chicago in 2016 with degrees in biological sciences (neuroscience specialization) and public policy studies (with a focus on health). After university, Andy worked in the healthcare tech startup world, most recently as the research manager at CareBand, a company providing tools for patients with dementia. He is currently exploring career options in the field of public health.
In his free time, Andy enjoys exploring the city, going to Jewish events, playing trivia, and listening to clips from “The Voice” and political comedy. During college, Andy directed and taught for a program offering free ACT & SAT classes to Chicagoland high school students, and he loves tutoring & teaching.
